• Share genuine experiences with businesses you actually interacted with.
• Be specific and factual about what happened, including useful context where you can provide it.
• Criticise the experience or service rather than attacking an individual.
• Provide relevant evidence when appropriate and when you are comfortable doing so.

• Fabricate experiences, spam the platform, or manipulate ratings.
• Harass, threaten, or target people through Rate Am.
• Publish private personal information or dox an individual.
• Use dangerous hate speech, impersonate a user or business, or upload unrelated or misleading proof.

Reviews are published immediately. Rate Am may use automated tools and human review to investigate reports, spam, dangerous hate speech, doxxing, and evidence that appears unrelated or misleading. A report does not automatically decide who is right or remove a review.

Do not use Rate Am to organise harassment or target individuals. Businesses can be reviewed for the customer experience they provide; people should not be exposed to abuse because of a review. These guidelines work alongside the Terms of Service and may be used when deciding whether content can remain on the platform.
